Genetic Diversity Based on Nutrient Concentrations in Different Organs of Robusta Coffee

The objective of this study was to evaluate nutrient concentrations in the flowers, leaves (pre-flowering and grain-filling period), grains, husks Robusta coffee genotypes cultivated Amazon region, as well identify their genetic diversity. This experiment carried out Alta Floresta D’Oeste, Rondônia, Brazil, randomized blocks with three replications; for leaves, a factorial experimental design sampling periods included. different evaluated organs were subjected analysis variance by F test (p < 0.01), parameters estimated. To determine diversity, grouped UPGMA hierarchical method, predict it relative importance traits analyzed. Genetic divergence among Coffea canephora indicated leaf concentrations. At maximum dissimilarity threshold 82% genotypes, method formed six groups. Concentrations nitrogen (N) phosphorus (P) pre-flowering grain filling not influenced genotypes. flower iron (Fe) contributed most divergence. For nutritional diagnosis coffee, is important take into account comparisons diversity requirements during flowering periods.
